Craiglea is available for private groups and functions (small or large).  
 
Craiglea can be hired out exclusively to large parties wishing to take over the whole facility and is also available for partial hiring out for those smaller parties wishing to stay in one or two of the guest houses.

• Exclusive use of Craiglea (for parties of 14 or more), means exclusive use of all facilities dedicated for your personal needs.
 
• Separate Craiglea Property Lettings (for parties of 10 or less) means exclusive use of the guest house property dwelling and all the facilities dedicated for your personal needs.
 
Craiglea is hired out on a self-catering basis, or, if requested, catering or personal chef’s can be provided.

Booking Terms and Conditions:
- A 30% non-refundable deposit to be paid upon booking being taken (this is to confirm the booking).
- The balance sum to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
